It would be best if you have your own gear but if your regulator no longer works, your mask has crumbled to dust or dirt daubers have built a nest in your snorkel, just let us know at sign-up and we will provide the gear.
If you fear you’ll make a fool out of yourself assembling your gear on the dive boat in the Bahamas, if you firmly believe you will “narc-out” at 30 feet in Belize, if you don’t know what RDP stands for anymore (Is it "Rapid Descent Projection" or "Rabid Dogs Please"?) or if crickets have eaten your BCD it might be time to take Scuba Review. At NWA Adventure Dive “we do it right” and will get you started again the fast, fun and friendly way!
Cost: $100
In a quick knowledge review session we remind you of a few scuba rules, answer your questions, tell you about any new advancements in diving technology and (if you need it) go over the dive tables and work a few decompression problems. You complete an easy exam and then it’s on to the pool. There we have a complete review of assembling gear, pre-dive safety checks, scuba skills both underwater and on the surface, and buoyancy.
Jump in...the water's fine!
Has life gotten in the way of your scuba diving? We hate it when that happens! If you are a certified diver and a year or two (or more) have slipped by since you’ve been diving, the PADI Scuba Review course is made for you. As you know, the PADI certification is life-long but we all feel less than competent and practiced at times. This course will bring you back up to PADI standards after experiencing a little lapse in diving fun and it only takes a short amount of time.
